Kenny Blatt, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Kenny has been actively involved across all real estate platforms for the past 30 years.  An attorney by training with a degree from Cornell’s Hotel School, Kenny served as a Principal is numerous real estate private equity funds focused on hotel and residential ownership and development. He currently serves as Managing Partner for the Dorado Beach Resort (Puerto Rico) where he is actively involved in the direction and strategy for this iconic resort development.  He has extensive experience in developing and investing in hospitality and mixed-use real estate projects.  More recently, he and Marc have partnered in South Florida residential developments in launching Gemini Homes.

Marc Gillman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Marc has been deeply involved in all aspects of real estate development and investment for over 25 years.  As a graduate of Cornell’s Hotel School, Marc business philosophy is deeply rooted in quality hospitality and customer service which is reflected in all that he has built or renovated.  For the past 9 years, Marc has been very active in Palm Beach and Broward counties as he has purchased, renovated, sold and/or rented over 100 homes and condominiums across all price ranges.  He is the developer along with Kenny of Little Harbor Estates, an enclave of 8 custom homesites on the intercoastal in Deerfield Beach.  He has also recently developed a 5,500 square foot estate home in Delaire Country Club along with a 7,100 square foot home in St. Andrews Country Club.

Griffin Gillman, Project Director

Griffin started his career in the hospitality business in South Florida and developed a passion for real estate development and sales.  He is a licensed Real Estate Advisor and specializes in residential estate home and condominium sales and rentals.  He has also been actively involved in residential renovations.
